We are seeking volunteers to help with the ongoing maintenance of running an animal rescue. We need regular help with clean up (yes, that means shoveling poop), landscaping (weeding, trimming, etc.) and possibly grooming.
Interaction with the animals is not guaranteed but if you have a love of animals of all shapes and sizes, you may get to work hands on with our horses, pigs or goats.
Two hour shifts are available Mon - Sun. We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 day/week for a total of 3 months. You should be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet for the shift.
If you want to volunteer for a single project versus ongoing maintenance, we often need help with specific tasks as well. Send us an email and we can let you know what tasks are needed.
