The Board of Directors will support Caritas Family Solutions through long-term planning and strategic governance. Board Members typically possess a high level of professional experience in areas such as business, real estate, finance, or marketing. All members are expected to:
-Serve as advisors to the CEO
-Approve annual budgets, understand financial performance reviews, and meet all fiduciary responsibilities
-Ensure Caritas Family Solutions continues to adopt and adhere to rigorous performance metrics
-Serve on committees with special responsibilities
-Support Caritas Family Solutions in all community events, advocacy efforts, campaigns, and initiatives
-Annually commit to the philanthropic goals of Caritas Family Solutions commensurate to the member's capacity
