Volunteer Social Workers Needed

At Trinity Community Care, we provide free medical and dental services to uninsured and underinsured adults. Another huge aspect of our operation is case management. We are in need of volunteer social workers to assist our patients in navigating potential insurance options, prescription assistance programs and specialty care options if the patients need care outside of the scope of Trinity Community Care. Our social workers also help patients find resources for other issues they may be facing.

We are looking for a few volunteers with a social work background that can work at least one day per week to walk our patients through some of the difficult situations they may be facing. While we would accept many different levels of experience, it is most important that these volunteers share our desire to selflessly serve those in our community that cannot afford healthcare.
