The Audit Board Committee member assists the Board of Directors of Image Impact International, Inc. (the Organization) in fulfilling its responsibility to provide oversight of management regarding:

(1) the Organization’s systems of internal controls and risk management; (2) the integrity of the Organization’s financial statements; (3) the Organization’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ethical standards; and (4) the engagement, independence and performance of the Organization’s independent auditor(s).

Auditor Qualifications:

Committee membership requires a basic understanding of finance, accounting, and fundamental financial statements. At least one member of the Committee must have a sophisticated understanding of financial reporting and accounting.

Audit, Legal Compliance, Documentation Skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Research Results, Thoroughness, Presentation Skills, Financial Software (Quickbooks Online), Corporate Finance Objectivity, Organizational skills, Accountability, and Responsiveness. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. Desire to help a new international non-profit to make a global impact.
