Utilize your skills to improve the lives of hospice patients. Compassus Hospice is looking for Massage professionals to support individuals diagnosed with life-limiting illness. We find that body work interrupts the pain cycle, provides relaxation, improves circulation, and provides loving touch to folks who don't always feel physically loveable. You will have the opportunity to hear life stories and connect with another's heart while tending to the body. Compassus is a community-based hospice - traveling to private homes and skilled nursing facilities across METRO DENVER. Assignments are close to your home or work. Hours are flexible, based on your availability. Average is 2-4 hours per week (including travel time). Please note; you must have the necessary formal training/licensure for your discipline. As a hospice volunteer, you are part of a professional team that provides a holistic treatment plan that addresses body, mind and spirit. Core training is provided for new volunteers to ensure appropriate skills and volunteer confidence. Contact Anna at 720.200.1036 or email@example.com. Whether you have had a personal experience with hospice, feel a calling, or want to add greater meaning to your life.... we would love to hear from you.

Ensuring patients receive compassionate, end-of-life care that honors the spirit within is our priority at Compassus Hospice & Palliative Care. Above all else, we believe that hospice is about inspiring life...it's about enabling people to live their last months to the fullest until the very last day. We are motivated by a deep commitment to providing quality of life through dignity, comfort and peace. Our goal is to empower our patients to live as fully and comfortably as possible, while offering support and guidance to the grieving.
Hospice is a philosophy of care - not a place. At Compassus Hospice & Palliative Care, we deliver our care services wherever our patients call home, whether that home is a private home, an apartment, an assisted living community, a skilled nursing center or, in some cases, a hospital.
