Driver for Costco Donation Pick up on Fridays

ORGANIZATION: Little Sisters of the Poor & St. Mary's Home

A volunteer driver is needed on Fridays each week to go to Costco on 2746 N. Clybourn Avenue to pick up Bread and other food donations for the Little Sisters of the Poor.

The Little Sisters of the Poor will provide a station wagon for use to go to Costco.

A valid Illinois Driver's licence is needed for this opportunity.

This opportunity will take about 1-2 houra during the morning.

Pick-up times is usually from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Pushing a food cart is required with very limited lifting to be done.

Loading food into cardboard boxes is also required.

Training for this opportunity will be provided.

A volunteer application must be completed.

A meeting and orientation with the volunteer coordinator will be scheduled

A criminal background check must be completed at no cost to the Volunteer.
