  • May include lifting of 25lbs or more

  • Will be outdoors

  • Parking is provided

As the American Heart Association’s signature fundraising event, the Heart Walk promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living in a fun corporate, community and family environment.

Heart disease and stroke are the #1 and #5 killers of Nebraskans!

The Heart Walk educates the Omaha-Council Bluffs area of the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases & stroke, and what we can do to prevent it. Funds raised support local medical research & educational programs of the American Heart Association. Survivors of heart disease, stroke and related surgeries are honored on May 7 at the Heart Walk.
