Disaster Assistance Volunteer - Virtual Call Center

ITDRC is looking for compassionate volunteers to answer phone calls from disaster survivors and document requests for cleanup assistance in a work order system.
Typical shifts are 2-4 hours during daytime hours, and calls generally take less than 5 minutes each. The information you gather is shared with local civic and nonprofit organizations providing disaster relief and cleanup assistance.
This is a remote volunteering opportunity, no travel is required. Volunteers must have access to a telephone and computer with Internet connectivity.
