The Center for Positive Advancement is looking for a dynamic event planner to organize fundraising events that will benefit students in grades 9 - 12 in the Chicago area. CFPA is in the final phases of opening a charter high school that will change the way we educate children in areas where there are high incidences of crime and violence; using a holistic approach that will cause a ripple effect within families and communities. We want you to join us!

Description
The Center for Positive Advancement (CFPA) is a nonprofit agency that assists individuals in improving their lives and the lives of their families and surrounding communities by addressing major barriers to success.
CFPA believes that to incorporate real and dynamic changes within the community, individuals receiving services must also be encouraged to "pay it forward", becoming beacons of inspiration and encouraging continued growth in others.
