Crime prevention and repression using a Volunteer Security Force.

Patrol Duties & Event Security

Patrolling is an essential part of what we do at SPCG. The basic functions of patrol are to prevent crime by identifying and reporting on conditions, to deter crime by showing an area is fully covered by a security volunteer force and to repress crime by constantly and frequently reporting conditions detrimental to the public's quality of life. Patrolling helps bring an SPCG volunteer closer to the public and helps form valuable connection. SPCG volunteers may also be called upon to provide event security at various events occurring annually in San Pedro.
