Alamo Hospice is looking for "Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion" (Eucharistic Ministers) who have been called by Christ to serve and comes in the name of Christ to serve the Church. We need Volunteers to share in prayer, the word of God and bring Holy Communion to our patients in their homes or other facilities to contribute to their spiritual health. Volunteers will also be needed to administer Viaticum "food for the journey".

Description
Volunteers give their time and compassion to patients and families dealing with end-of-life care needs as well as assisting with administrative office needs and bereavement support. Alamo Hospice relies on our volunteers to assist us in delivering exceptional end-of-life care.
