**This program is for educational sessions in Wisconsin**
The GrapeVine Project (www.wwhf.org/grapevineproject) is a health education and outreach program of the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation (WWHF). WWHF provides Wisconsin nurses with in-depth training and packaged "units" on women’s health topics. Nurses then conduct free one-hour education sessions in their communities at locations including libraries, churches, schools, senior centers, and many more. GrapeVine reaches about 1500 women annually and 90 nurses currently partner with us in the program.
Units available for our nurses to teach are: Advance Care Directives - Bone Health - Breast Cancer - Breastfeeding - Diabetes Prevention - Gynecological Cancers - Healthy Aging Brain/Dementia - Healthy Relationships - Heart Health - Mental Health: Anxiety & Depression - Oral Health
