The Career Resources/ Workplace Collaborative Mentor Program provide mentoring services for youth, adults, and veterans transitioning back into their communities. The goal of the Mentoring program is to match participants with the appropriate volunteer mentor who will offer support and guidance to the participant for a minimum of six months. Mentors may offer support and guidance with personal issues, occupational and employment advisement, and reducing recidivism while being a positive and motivational influence.
