The role of the Board and Board Committees is to set up and maintain the policies and procedures that will allow the organization to function in a manner that will enable them it:
Provide, secure, and protect theResourcesrequired for Park Lawn to meet its financial obligations
Maintain organizational Unity through adherence to the mission
Exhibit Leadership to the organization
Develop and meet Expectations of performance and behaviors for yourself and for the organization.
Committee members are expected to participate in a periodic organizational strategy session and help develop any required initiatives while being responsible for the execution, monitoring, and progress reporting of these initiatives.
