Learn from an unpaid internship as you gain hours for your degree. We are especially interested in students working on their Masters in Sociology, Psychology and Human Services. You will acquire skills in resource mangement, community outreach/engagement, research and analysis, facilitation of workshops (child abuse, bullying and cyberbullying, mental health) and public speaking. You will increase your interpersonal, leadership and management skills.

Description
Since 1953, Family Service Association has served communities in Southern California with a variety of human service programs including: Child Development, Child Abuse Prevention, Trauma Informed Counseling, Senior and Community Centers, Senior Housing, and Senior Nutrition. Family Service is a not-for-profit social service organization dedicated to meeting the changing needs of families and communities in Riverside County and San Bernardino County regardless of income, ethnicity, gender or socio-economic status. We envision a day when Inland Empire communities have strong families without poverty, hunger or health disparities.
