The Trail Ambassador Program is a new volunteer initiative with the goals of:
- Educating the public about trail regulations as well as the history and ecology of Shoreline at Mountain View, Stevens Creek Trail and adjoining pathways
- Promoting safety etiquette to ensure a positive experience for all
You are an excellent candidate if you have an interest in:
- Volunteering by bike or on foot along Stevens Creek Trail, Permanente Creek Trail, and Shoreline at Mountain View.
- Using your commute and/or trail workout to spend quality time in nature.
- Helping us protect wildlife and striving for positive relations among trail users.
Volunteers must be over 18 years of age. They must pass a Livescan background check (at no cost) and must attend a volunteer training class on December 18th.
