ORGANIZATION: Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley

"Big Event" features delicious food, celebrity hosts, live entertainment and 200+ silent and live auction items. Volunteers receive admission to the event and can enjoy the guest experience during scheduled break time. All proceeds benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix programs, www.bgcmp.org.

Volunteers need to be at least 21 years

Volunteers must attest to good character (form required)

Description

The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley (BGCAZ) provides premier out-of-school-time programs for youth to develop their skills and resilience to successfully navigate childhood, and prepare for adulthood. We offer affordable after-school and summer programs for 16,000 young people in grades K-12. At 31 clubs across Maricopa County, areas of Pinal County, and Yuma, BGCAZ provides award-winning programs designed to change the lives of young people in four key areas: Academic Success, Character & Leadership Development, Healthy Living, and career readiness.
