We are looking for volunteers to assist at the Family Support Center Monday - Friday from 10-6pm. This could range from helping the families receive their groceries and meals after being at the hospital all day to assisting the siblings in the arts and craft center or with the various classses going on. You can volunteer 1 or more days a month, 1 or more days a week.
As an all volunteer organization we have many opportunities that are too many to list. If you have a heart for helping children with cancer and their families please reach out to us. We can use your skills in some way and would apprecaite the help.

Description
TNK Children’s Foundation provides families with support during a time of uncertainty, worry and fear. We do this by providing practical essentials to families whose children are receiving cancer treatment and follow up care. 720 children in the world are diagnosed with cancer everyday. 185 new families are diagnosed at one local hospital in Kansas City every year. Over 2,000 families are receiving treatment at one local hospital in Kansas City today. These parents drop everything and dedicate themselves to battle for their child’s life. A parent’s strength is critical to the care of the family and that’s where we come in!
