Armed with a trail plan to expand and enhance the trails at Barking Slopes Conservation Area, we need helping hands to make the improvements a reality! Join fellow volunteers in clearing brush from the route, breaking ground on the new trail, and forging the way forward for more accessible, sustainable trails on the lower slopes.

Description
ALT is a land trust that conserves green space in communities in Allegheny County and its environs. As a land trust we focus our attention on properties that provide three major benefits: biodiversity, water quality and protection and scenic beauty. The majority of our lands are open to the public for passive recreation 365 days a year. We manage and enhance these properties through volunteer efforts and community support.
