NAMI Northern Illinois is in need of volunteers for outreach efforts. These efforts include distributing literature and other resources throughout the community, attending health fairs and conferences as a NAMI Northern Illinois representative, participate in presentations on NAMI programs and services, and help maintain resource materials.
This would be an "as-needed" commitment.

NAMI Northern Illinois is a grass, self help, non-profit organization in Northern Illinois, affiliated with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, (NAMI and NAMI Illinois). We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with severe mental illness and their families through education, support and advocacy. We serve Boone, Winnebago and all the surrounding northern Illinois counties. Our members are families, friends, professionals, advocates and people living with mental illness.
