Hospice Compassus is looking for friendly, outgoing, compassionate volunteers to see patients in the Eatonton/Sparta,GA area. These volunteers are needed to sit and talk with the patients, run errands if needed, read to the patients, light housekeeping if needed, and most of all provide companionship for our patients. They love to have that familiar face come see them each week (usually once a week anywhere from 30minutes to a couple of hours.) We work around your schedules.

Hospice Compassus values the time and energy our volunteers put into our patients. We are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate and enjoys visiting. As volunteers we may provide some of the following services: Friendly visits for social interaction, reading to patients, listening presence, companionship, patient caregiver relief, emotional support, etc. Are you willing to make a difference in a patients life today when they need us the most?
