Scholar Career Coaching is currently seeking for a qualified individual to take on this volunteer Board of Director Role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Writing press releases.
- Creating Brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for the mentoring program, scholarships and fundraising activities.
- Increasing our social media presence.
- Writing Monthly Newsletter.
- Assist with PR & other marketing projects.
Commitment Length: 1 Year
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours weekly remotely

Our mission is to Coach, Motivate, and Support South Florida high school college-bound students through mentoring services and scholarships, particularly English as a Second Language students.
Description
Founded in December of 2012 as a non-profit organization, Scholar Career Coaching (Scholar CC) provides college and career services to South Florida high school college-bound students in Title I high schools, with a focus on ESL (English as a Second Language) students. While our focus is on ESL, we welcome all interested high school students. Our immigrant students are from low-income minority families, many of whom will be the first generation to graduate high school and to attend college.
