Childcare help needed! Volunteer to snuggle babies and play with young children!

Are you someone who has a heart for children and volunteering? We have snuggly infants, loveable toddlers and inquisitive preschoolers who need loving childcare volunteers to watch them for two hours, twice a month.

Our group has been proudly serving the women and children of our community since 2010. South Shore MOPS puts the women and children of our wonderful community first and gives them a chance, twice monthly, to spend a few hours with other mothers who are in the same stage of life. Our group has mentor moms who have been there and done that before to provide wisdom and encouragement, we plan speakers and videos that help mothers learn about relevant topics such as depression/anxiety/parenting/ marriage/leadership skills to help each woman who joins us feel supported in her role as a mother and we also provide volunteer opportunities during our meetings so that we can help other in our community who are in need.

We are looking for retired men or women (we love couples!), responsible homeschoolers that are age 15 & up and stay-at-home moms. The commitment is the 1st & 3rd THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH from 9:00 a.m. - Noon. That's it!
