Dental Clinic Receptionist: Receptionists/Phone Operators for both the Montgomery County and Washington, DC dental clinics are needed. Volunteers are needed for 4 hours per day, daily during the work week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). Volunteers will answer and return phone calls for appointments and answer questions/provide information about dental clinic services. Bilingual Spanish/English required, with intermediate Spanish proficiency or above. Great customer service skills needed, as is experience working with underserved/underprivileged clients, and a professional attitude. No licensure or certification required.
