Come support over 600 amazing girls during our 5K celebration! Volunteers (age 16 and older) are needed for registration, water stations, happy hair, finish line, and course marshals. We expect over 2000 participants in our season-culminating 5K on the streets of beautiful New Hope, Pennsylvania! Spend a few hours with us to witness a truly empowering event!

Description
Girls on the Run is a life-changing, non-profit prevention program that uses the power of running to help prepare preteen and early teen girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. The program focuses on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health, recognizing that every girl is special, that every girl is strong, that every girl is a winner. During each 10- to 12-week program, girls are empowered with a greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, contented, and self-confident young women.
