Indirectly help our low-income, frail seniors, and build your resume’ at the same time! We have a one-time volunteer opportunity for the right person, aged 21+.
We are looking for someone to build a customized, web-based, secure and highly customized data base system for our program, utilizing M/S ACCESS. The duration of this volunteer opportunity is whatever the length of time required is to complete this project. We are open M-F, 8A-5P, and are flexible within that time-frame for you to choose your own schedule. (Note: it has recently been started, we need someone to help take over.)

We do this through a comprehensive volunteer program, partnership and program development, and community education.
Description
The Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) is a non-profit, community-based program that provides case management services to frail and low-income seniors in Sacramento, Placer, and Yolo Counties.
MSSP strives to keep seniors safely at home for as long as possible.
The program is staffed by Registered Nurse Care Managers, Social Work Care Managers, and Case Aides who provide montly monitoring and assistance.
