Member Services Intern/Volunteer (unpaid)
Member Services internship/volunteer opportunity:
· Dates: 4-8 weeks during the months of February - June (duration can vary if interested in a long-term opportunity)
· Hours: The offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. with Saturday hours (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.) from March through July. Each shift would be approximately 3-6 hours per day.
· Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
o Pool and tennis pass online order processing
o Data entry including Microsoft Word, Excel and RecTrac (online registration system)
o Assembling and mailing of "Welcome to Reston" new resident information packets
o Event setup and breakdown
o Mail processing
· This is an unpaid internship
