• Teach them a results oriented approach
• Teach them how to effectively communicate in international Remote teams
• High advanced communication skills.

So after this Internship they will be equipped with tools to go and:

The goal:

Design AWESOME totally enjoyable, IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE, work environments that provide team members with FUN, EPIC WINS, and POSITIVE VIBES.

What we will teach you to accomplish this goal:

We going to teach you:

• How to transform ordinary old tasks into fun to play games people crave doing

• Gamification hacks companies like Nike use for success

• Strategies to get team members motivated and eager to work

• How to design gamification systems specific to any community

• What to avoid when gamifying

• The Art of Choice

What you will be responsible for:

• Supporting our Senior Gamification Architect.

• Contributing to design of system for team member productivity

• Create Internal gamification strategy 2.0 for Better World

• Developing a system that increases team member satisfaction by implementing fun

• Producing articles about the impact of gamification on business and CSR

• Taking part in creative product development team meetings.

• Finding the method of making, onboarding process in our organization more fun and more productive.
