We are a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization dedicated to inspiring and nourishing children with cancer through the therapeutic form of the arts.

We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Event Coordinator to help us with our Annual Gala! We are currently working on our annual gala for our Organization where this is our huge Fundraising Gala event. We are currently looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and really engaging individual who has a passion for the arts, children being affected by cancer, and a willingness and drive to help us raise money and create an extraordinary event.

Emailing, phone calls, reaching out to individuals to perform. Helping with finding a space, working with Fundraising Department for sponsors and donations for the event. Working with Programs to see which children are able to perform.

Requires 10 hours per week as well as meeting once every week or every other week to come into the office for any questions and updates with the event!
