Volunteers visit with patients at least once a week, for 1-2 hours at time. We will train you to be the best Hospice Companion Volunteer and to provide our patients with loving care, comfort and dignity in their final days.
The Aurora Health at Home mission is to help you live well by bringing the future of health care to you, in the place you call home.
Aurora Health at Home combines passion with purpose. Turn to Aurora Health at Home’s hospice program for medical care, comfort and support if you or a loved one needs compassionate end of life care. Our hospice professionals work with people of all ages and their families to provide peace and dignity. They thrive on the relationships that develop as they help you live well.
We'll work with your schedule.
