Small And/Or Big Dog Fosters

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Louisa's New Leash On Life Rescue

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 3 people are interested

Several dog rescues are in need of fosters to take care of the dogs while they are trying to get adopted. They have short and long term fosters. All dogs going to foster homes are

  1. Spayed or Neutered or are scheduled to be
  2. Current on Vaccinations
  3. Microchipped

All medical and food is covered by most rescues and most of them will even pick the dogs up from your home to bring them to a veterinarian when they have appointmets.

What we ask of a foster is you give these dogs a loving home and get them ready for their new home by socialization with humans/dogs (if you are able), training (as much as you can) such as basic commands (sit, down, shake, rollover, stay, etc) and house/crate train them (crates will be provided) as many of these dogs have never learned or forgot since they've been in runs/boarding so long.

If you are interested in becoming a foster, please contact us and we will gladly send you a foster form. We look forward to hearing from you.
