This Volunteer will help build, maintain and grow EmpowHer Institute programs and administrative / operational capabilities to help accelerate our mission of empowering underserved teen girls.
Through transformative life skills programs and mutually beneficial mentor relationships, YOUR help will impact our mission! Please note, we are a small nonprofit and everyone ends up wearing multiple hats. Great opportunity to learn non-profit management and become a socially conscious entrepreneur.

The mission of EmpowHer Institute is to empower girls and young women in marginalized communities by giving them the skills necessary through education, training, and mentorship to become confident, college, and career-ready.

We need volunteers who will inspire, coach and model the way for girls to be proud of themselves and to know they have what it takes to be the person they want to become! Join us in this quest to EMPOWER young women to be equipped, prepared and ready to face the World!
Background:
EmpowHer is an organization that strives to give young women the tool kit to define and manage their personal brands by empowering them to know, believe and have faith that they have it within themselves to succeed at everything they put their minds to! EmpowHer provides a safe avenue for young women to explore who they are and what they represent through learning tools that make them EMPOWERED to make the RIGHT decisions for them ALL the time!
