Do you want to have a direct positive impact on the volunteer work you are doing? If so, consider The ALS St. Louis Regional Chapter's Community Link Program, and you will be instrumental in working directly with a family who is affected by this disease.
An older couple living in Marion, IL needs someone who can help them with light household cleaning, yard work, and grocery shopping. Any amount of time would be extremely helpful!
Contact information will be given once volunteer completes all paperwork and is committed to providing assistance to the family.
To learn more about the disease or the program visit www.alsa-stl.org or email Melissa Miller at mmiller@alsastl.org to get more information on the family!
