Wildfires are devastating communities across California, causing more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes and threatening many more. The Camp Fire in Northern California -- one of three blazing across the state -- is the most destructive in state history. Established in 2006, the Center for the Integration & Advancement of New Americans (CIANA) is a social services organization that works to integrate new immigrants into American society.
We have one open opportunity for an experienced grant writer to join us in preparing proposals and grants. This is not a teaching opportunity, please only apply if you have prior grant writing experience. The Grant writer intern will be responsible for applying to at least 2 grants per month. Credit is available for those in college.
The grants we apply to are a mixture of municipal, corporate, and foundational of varying lengths for the purpose of supporting educational, legal, and civics-related programs or operational costs.
