We are looking for dedicated volunteers with excellent customer service skills to perform follow up phone calls for our patients after they leave the hospital. In this role, you would work closely with the health care team and connect with people at a vulnerable time in their life to ensure that their discharge needs are being addressed.
We are seeking compassionate, well spoken individuals who love people, are at least 20 years of age and able to donate 3-4 hours weekly.
