Transportation is one of the top problems facing Snoqualmie Valley seniors. More and more seniors are turning to the Volunteer Transportation Program for help. Unfortunately, we simply do not have enough volunteer drivers to meet their needs. We urgently need to recruit more volunteers to transport elders from Duvall, Carnation, Fall City, and Snoqualmie to doctor visits in Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland. You can make a huge difference in a person's life, for a small once a month commitment (or more often if you can!)Volunteer Drivers:
- Provide rides using their own vehicles
- Choose the times, days, and areas they wish to drive
- Do no heavy lifting or bearing of weight
