Join Keep Rockland Beautiful. the Rockland County Water Task Force and Riverkeeper for shoreline cleanup of Bowline Point Park on Saturday, May 6, 2017 for the 6th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep, a day of service for the Hudson River.

This project is being organized with the support of Keep Rockland Beautiful. KRB works to organize dozens of cleanups each year as part of the annual Great American Cleanup campaign.

Volunteers should meet in the parking lot at the entrance at Bowline Park at the East end of Bowline Plant Road. We ask all Sweep volunteers to wear sturdy shoes or waterproof boots (if you have them), clothing that they can get dirty, and bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and snacks. If you own waders, please bring them as well. T his site is suitable for elementary-aged children with proper adult supervision.
