Founded in 2006, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) is the only non-profit organization in North America exclusively dedicated to finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those affected by cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). We are striving to expand our infrastructure by updating governance documents (bylaws, conflict of interest forms, etc.), creating new policies (gift acceptance, gift agreements, etc.) as well as working to develop formal business partnerships with the medical industry (which require confidentiality agreements and other disclosures). We also have miscellaneous vendor contracts that would benefit from legal review. Not only are we seeking one or more individuals to help review these contracts and documents on a per project basis, but we would also be interested in hearing from legal professionals interested in serving in a board capacity.
