As an Administrative Assistant you will assist in the day to day operations of NoStigmas.
- Assisting in account management
- Handling emails and phone calls
- Ordering supplies
- Virtually attending and taking minutes for weekly team meeting
- Assisting in team operations and organization of events and planning
- Basic HR needs
- Other duties as needed
Workload will vary dependent on the workload of the Executive Team.
Estimated time commitment: 18 - 20 hours per month, In-person or Virtual
