This would be ideal for volunteers who want to lend a hand to those running to earn money for the Special Olympics of Illinois.
We are looking for indicuals for various positions.
- Course marshals
- Race village start or finish, help is the start or finish of the race
- Water stataion attendant, handing water to runners as they pass by mile markers
- Gel station attendant, handing gel to runners as they pass by mile markers
- Medal/awards, handing medals to finishers
- Food tent attendant, handing nutrition and hydartion to runners
- Cheering runners and walkers on through out the course.
- And much more.
