Total Hospice and Palliative Care supports patients and their families with compassion, care, and dignity. We believe in providing outstanding service and look to volunteers to help support our efforts. Volunteers help support patients, families, and clinical staff with a wide variety of tasks as it relates to the hospice mission and philosophy. This position is open to all therapy dogs and their owners who are willing to visit patients to give them some furry loving. Locations: Group homes, assisted living facilities (with permission given).We would love to have you be a part of our team, and we will provide the required orientation and training! If you’re looking to make a difference, Total Hospice and Palliative Care is where you belong!
We require all volunteers to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to volunteering; otherwise, they will be regularly tested for COVID-19.
