We are seeking volunteers to help out at our 25th Annual Albany County Bar Foundation Law Day 5k. Our volunteers help with directing traffic, checking runners in, manning water tables, and directing our runners during the race itself. The time that the volunteers show up will depend on the job they are given so it could range from 4:00pm to 5:30pm and we are typically all done by 8pm. Volunteers will be standing for the duration of the run itself and weather is never a guarantee so all volunteers should be prepared for any possibilities.

The Albany County Bar Association hold an annual 5k run to raise funds to form grants that are given to agencies and programs in Albany County that assist and support victims of Domestic Violence.
Description
The Annual Law Day Run Against Domestic Violence has been held for the past 23 years and in that time has granted thousands of dollars which have been used to assist victims of domestic violence.
