Would you like to make a difference in someone's life? Spend time with them!
Aseracare Hospice is seeking volunteers who are willing to offer companionship and social support to patients who are terminally ill (and their families). Scheduling is flexible. We are looking for volunteers who can offer weekly or biweekly visits, for a total 2-4 hours a month. Training will be provided on Hospice philosophy and direct service with patients.
Share your heart; hold a hand, play cards, take a walk outside, listen to music, read out loud, enjoy pleasant conversation, provide presence... just be yourself!
