Seeking Leaders, Managers for Volunteer Leadership Team at ground-breaking Non-Profit Theater that also serves the community and at-risk and homeless youth!
Join our Volunteer Leadership team and make a meaningful contribution to our community through using your managerial talents and leading teams to support the award-winning programs at The Actors Theatre Workshop.
We look forward to meeting experienced individuals with excellent management and organizational skills, leaders who are excited to bring their ideas and skills to build and manage effective teams. We seek professionals with experience in Project and Team Management, Fundraising and Grant Writing, Marketing and Development, and other managerial and administrative areas.
Oversee the HR process for all applicants or inquiries of The Scott Acting Conservatory, The Volunteer Program, The Non-Profit Business Management Leadership Training Program.
As sist with hiring and training volunteers.
Answer questions, inform people about what ATW offers.
Organize an Info Session once a month to meet and provide relevant information to people who are interested in volunteering at ATW
Keep in contact with the Senior Staff to know their decisions.
Answer phone calls, write emails, deal with new questions, new people and new situations.
Listen and communicate effectively to resolve volunteer concerns
Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts, supervision and management of staff
Must be able to inspire, develop and empower staff and create a productive team-based culture that welcomes diversity.
