If you have a passion for racial and ethnic equity, enjoy interacting with middle school and high school youth, are enthusiastic and fun in spirit, you'll make a perfect small group facilitator for the Calling All Colors fall conference!

October 10 is the middle school conference. October 11 is the high school conference. You are welcome to volunteer for one or both conferences. In addition, Calling All Colors has expanded to Muskegon middle schools! You are also welcome to volunteer on October 14 at Baker College!

The Lakeshore Ethnic Diversity Alliance works to dismantle barriers to ensure people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds have equal access and opportunity. Its school program, Calling All Colors, fosters inclusive school communities through a year-long program that features two conferences, creates a safe place to talk about race, and provides tools for increasing positive racial impacts for middle and high school students.
