Did you know that Habitat for Humanity has a new retail store in the Southcenter area? It is like a home improvement store that sells everything from appliances to light fixtures to granite slabs and nails. The money raised at this store goes towards our programs that build homes for local low income families.
Our Habitat Store in Southcenter is ready for a day of cleaning and organizing so we can improve our outlook going into the busy summer home improvement season. It is spring cleaning time! If we have volunteers help for the day, it saves us money that we would otherwise have to use to pay for more staff. This savings will go towards building even more homes in our community!
We are welcoming groups of 5 to 40 on Mondays, when the Store is closed, to help us get organized. This is a great opportunity for all kinds of groups to come out and support Habitat’s mission! Join us!
