About Promise Arizona
At Promise Arizona, we believe that building immigrant and Latino political power is key to bringing hope, dignity and progress to our communities. We were born out of a passion for fairness and unity, and our organization strives to promote and harness the power of the Latino community in Arizona.
Volunteer Description: The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC benefit program that Congress created to help ensure that households can afford the Internet they need for work, school, health care, and more. Qualifying families will have the ability to get discounted internet service and connected devices for their household through this program. The ACP Community Navigator , assists in identifying and communicating with qualifying families in order to assist with their ACP application process.
Helpful Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual or fluency in Spanish
- Writing Skills
- Good conversational skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
