A great volunteer opportunity for teens and adults to provide hospitality assistance for the Museum's visitors at LancasterHistory. Using a script, volunteers will receive training how to greet and welcome visitors and share stories about the history of the landscape and buildings at the museum's campus.

We are seeking individuals enthusiastic about history; dependable and motivated; possess good verbal communication skills; possess ability to be on their feet for up to an hour; are at least 14 years of age; available to work a minimum of three hours.

Staff will provide training for those interested. Training includes shadowing other Museum Greeters and becoming familiar with the Greeter's script, the programs and activities offered at LancasterHistory.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available Monday through Saturday. The morning shift starts at 10 AM and ends at 1 PM; the afternoon shift starts at 1 PM and ends at 4 PM.
