Conducts assessments with potential clients. Each assessment takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. The volunteer should be able to conduct 5-10 assessments each month with re-assessments every three (3) months. Note: While an office space is available from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, there is some flexibility in assignment time.

Description
EACM's Vision statement is "An empowered community where every person is fed, sheltered, and safe". EACM tries to meet these standards through a food pantry, emergency financial assitance for rent or utilities, Latino outreach programs, Meals on Wheels, and Helping Hands Partnership. EACM partners with 39 faith communities in our area to work together to help families in need.
