This position will oversee logistics for three private Farm-to-Table dinners and one public Farm-to-Table dinner. This position will also assist with Grow, our annual fundraising dinner and auction night.
Responsibilities:
Farm to Table:
- Solicit sponsors, create and coordinate the drafting/distribution of promotional materials, sell tickets, manage event staff and volunteers, and cover the logistics of the event(s)
- Oversee guest registration, seating information, related data entry and guest communication
- Manage chef and vintner communication and presence at event
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of meal including service timing
- Asses rental needs, manage order, delivery and pick-up
- Oversee all event set-up, tear down and clean up
- Assist with décor as needed
- Create and execute production schedule
- Act as a liaison between the organization and vendors including negotiating pricing and pre-selecting options to present to the organization while maintaining budget for the event(s)
- Assist with ensuring the special events content on the Camp Korey website and social media sites are updated
- Assist with donor acknowledgement and guest follow-up
- Manage pre and post event pick-ups and deliveries as needed
- Plan and facilitate planning any committee meetings, including distributing agenda and taking minutes
Grow:
- Coordinate and execute invitation process
- Assist with guest registration, seating information, related data entry and guest communication as needed
- Assist with auction item coordination including related data entry, internal tracking and final guest preparation
- Assist with donor acknowledgement and guest follow-up
- Assist with all event set-up, tear down and clean up
- Assist with décor as needed
- Manage pre and post event pick-ups and deliveries as needed

We work with a dedicated team of medical professionals and program facilitators to create a medically safe camp adventure. Camp is always free to campers and their families, thanks to our volunteers, donors and supporters.
